Encryption, data handling, training policy, and how to export or delete your data.
Encryption per user
All data stored by Lodestar is encrypted at rest and in transit. Data is encrypted per user — not with a shared key. This means a compromise of one user's credentials cannot expose another user's data.
Never used for training
Lodestar does not train any models on your data. Your email, calendar, files, and messages are used only to provide the Lodestar service to you.
Export your data
You can export all your Lodestar data at any time from Settings → Security → Export data. The export includes your action items, timeline events, organisation and project data, and the index of connected documents.
Delete your data and account
Go to Settings → Security → Delete account to permanently remove all your data. Deletion is irreversible. All data is purged from Lodestar's systems within 30 days.

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to [email protected]. We respond within 24 hours and treat all reports seriously.
