Dashboard tools
These tools give the AI a high-level view of your current state.
- dashboard_today — today's ranked priority list: overdue items, flagged threads, calendar events
- needs_attention — items requiring action right now across all organisations and projects
- dashboard_sentiment — current sentiment scores and trends for your top contacts and organisations
Action item tools
Read and write action items across your projects.
- action_items_list — list open action items, filterable by project, organisation, or assignee
- action_items_retrieve — fetch a single action item with its evidence source
- action_items_create — create a new action item linked to a project
- action_items_partial_update — update status, due date, or owner on an existing item
Email tools
Read threads and prepare reply drafts.
- emails_list — list email threads, filterable by organisation, project, or label
- emails_content — fetch the full content of a thread
- emails_reply_link — generate a pre-populated draft reply in your email client
File tools
Access files indexed from Drive, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- files_list — list files linked to a project or organisation
- files_content — fetch the text content of a file
Calendar tools
Read calendar events and meeting context.
- calendar_retrieve — fetch upcoming events with attendees and existing prep notes
- calendar_list — list events for a date range
Knowledge and context tools
Search across your full work graph and restore session context.
- knowledge_search — semantic search across emails, files, meetings, and action items
- context_resume — returns a compressed summary of the most relevant recent context for a project or organisation
- knowledge_org_charts — fetch the org chart for an organisation
Timeline tools
Read and write to the project timeline.
- timeline — list timeline events for a project or organisation
- timeline_events_create — log a new event (milestone reached, decision made, action taken)
- milestones_partial_update — update the status or date of a milestone
Message tools
Access Slack and Teams messages linked to your context.
- messages_list — list messages relevant to a project or organisation
